We ask that items to be returned to us be in original condition.  This means strings should not be broken nor restrung, nor any pearls drilled, treated or removed from any labeling. We cannot accept returns on strung or drilled-to-order items.

Please return them within seven days from the day you received the package, packed to avoid loss and damage, by registered or insured mail or by insured parcel service to :
