We ask that items to be returned to us be in original condition. This means strings should not be broken nor restrung, nor any pearls drilled, treated or removed from any labeling. We cannot accept returns on strung or drilled-to-order items.

We will refund your shipping charge and return postage in addition to the prepaid price in cases where we believe an error on our side contributed to the need to return items. Processing returns is costly, and we strive to describe our merchandise well enough, by images and description, to make them the exception rather than the rule.
